What a "banger!" "I'm There Girl" by Ed the Red, released early 2019, is surely a dance floor mover for the steppers! With a booming bass beginning, coupled with a swinging piano line, and finally the initial sultry delivery of a string of sensual vocal lines ("When you need someone to hold you. When you need someone to love you down. I'm there girl. Don't.. don't you worry!"), you're captivated right away! The swing is amazing throughout and if you're a dancer, you'll be looking for someone to hit that wood with you; no doubt about it! The tune is reminiscent of Dennis Edward's "Don't Look Any Further" (1984), yet, is different enough to warrant its own accolades. Ed the Red has become one of my favorite artists!
